The short version: you add your papers, an AI reads them, and your record is built in your own browser. We do not keep your files. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

OneMedRecord is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.

What you give us, and what happens to it

• Your papers, as PDFs or photos. Your browser opens each file. For a PDF, it sends the text of the document to an AI service so the AI can read it, or the page images if the PDF is a scan. Photos are shrunk first and then sent. We do not save your files, and our server does not log what they contain.
• What the AI reads back. The AI's answer goes straight back to your browser, and your record is built there. It is not stored on our server. It stays in your browser tab until you close the page or clear it.
• Your saved record file. If you choose "Save record file," the file goes to your own device. We do not get a copy. It holds your health information, so keep it somewhere safe.
• The request letter. What you type into the letter form stays in your browser. It is never sent to us.
• The checklist. Your browser remembers which collecting steps you ticked, on your device only. That list holds no health information.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour.

Who else handles it

• An AI service provider reads your papers and answers back. We send only what is needed for that.
• Our hosting provider runs the site.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Your papers and your record are never sent to either tool.

Health information

Medical papers contain sensitive information. Please add only what you are comfortable sharing, and feel free to cover up things the record does not need, such as a full Social Security number. OneMedRecord is not a health care provider, health plan or clearinghouse.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. Clear your record on the page at any time, or just close the tab. You can email us with any question about your information. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Security

We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum.

Children

OneMedRecord is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
